Country Crock and Influenster

This is a post for a product that I received from Influenster. They sent me a coupon in the mail for a free tub of Country Crock butter.

Now I don't normally use Country Crock, but why not give it a whirl. I opted for the Original and decided to use it for a day of baking craziness. So off I go.

First up. Bethenny Frankel's Boo Boo Banana Bread. This is my favorite Banana Bread recipe! It is easy and it's super healthy.

Ingredients
·  1 cup raw sugar
·  1 tablespoon butter (Country Crock)
·  1 cup mashed over ripe bananas (2 or 3)
·  1 egg
·  1 teaspoon real vanilla extract
·  1 cup oat flour
·  ¾ teaspoon baking powder
·  ½ teaspoon baking soda
·  ¼ teaspoon salt
·  ½ cup semisweet chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
3. Cut a piece of parchment paper to fit the bottom of a loaf pan.
4. Put it in the bottom of the pan and spray it with cooking spray.
5. Pour in the batter and cover it loosely with foil. Bake for 30 minutes.
6. Cool completely, then slice and serve.

This bread does not last a day in my house. I guess I should invest in another loaf pan, and make two. Time to double the recipe. Next on my list is Brownie Cookies.

Ingredients
– ½ cup butter (Country Crock)
– 1 ½ cups raw sugar
– ½ banana, mashed
– 2 teaspoons real vanilla extract
– 2 cups oat flour
– ⅔ cup cocoa powder
– ¾ teaspoon baking soda
– ¼ teaspoon salt
– 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
* Makes about 24 small or 12 large cookies
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, beat the butter, sugar, banana, and vanilla extract with a hand mixer until light and fluffy.
2. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir the flour mixture into the butter mixture until well blended. Stir in the chocolate chips. Drop by rounded teaspoonful's onto ungreased baking sheets.
3. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until set. Cool slightly on the baking sheets before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.

Try both of these recipes and use Country Crock, they are both moist and delicious.

The Honest Company Multi-Surface cleaner

I have used this product on literally everything in my house. My dining room table, to my bathroom counters. I have cleaned doors and the top of dressers. I am loving the way it smells. I bought the white grapefruit, and it smells so good. Not like a bunch of chemicals. The spray nozzle, oh my goodness, it works so well. One great thing about how I received these products is that the bottles were capped off with a screw top, and the nozzles were packed separately. That way the nozzles didn't break in transit, and the bottles didn't spill. Smart right. I mean talk about taking care of the customer.

I have also starting using the Dish Soap. Have I mentioned that this post isn't sponsored by anyone. I am just giving my honest (ironic right) opinion about these products. The dish soap is awesome, and the prefect size for my little window caddy. In that same caddy is the hand soap. I have only used the hand soap once, but it didn't dry out my hands like others do. So far so good I would say.

Honest Company and Zulily

I love it when companies partner up to provide a products for a great price. In this case The Honest Company and Zulily partnered up. I love both so it was a perfect match for me. I got my order in of Honest products yesterday, and I could not wait to open the box. Man The Honest Company would be a great sponsor to have.

I just have to point out that I paid 59 bucks for all of these products. That is an amazing value. I mean you can't beat that anywhere. What I got for that was, 3 Dish soaps, 2 packages of dishwasher pods, 3 multi Surface cleaners, and 3 hand soaps. I think that is a steal, and I didn't have to drive anywhere. Boom! 2 for the price of one.

I started using the dish soap last night. Sorry about the pictures. They were snapped very quickly cause I was mid dinner making.

I am trying to clean out my cleaning products. Sounds funny, but you would be surprised how bad the chemicals in cleaning products are for you. I could go on and on. Take a look for yourself.
